I’ve been doing a lot of writing lately.
Not necessarily good writing, just words that need to get out before they’re silenced by the new Taylor Swift song coming on the radio, words that have no direction but all point in the same direction anyway, words that are simply an outpouring of the thing currently on my heart.
My phone is full of notes, some finished with their carefully structured sentences copied into Instagram, some half-done with ramblings I don’t know what to do with yet, some unfinished but never to be worked on again since I suddenly remembered we needed cream & instead made a grocery list because heaven help us if the girls in The Wine Cellar can’t have their coffee in the morning.
The past few months have been especially stretching on my mind & my heart. I’ve invested quite some time into discerning who I am, asking God to reveal myself to me, and that has been difficult.
Rewarding, but difficult.
Coaching has been so much more than a “thing to do” for my business. My coach/kickass friend Jackie has shown me how important it is to embrace who I am; not for the approval of the crowd or the increase in clients, but for life. Through her (plus a lot of other people!), and through much prayer, this process has been affirmation that I am right where God wants me to be. Doing what He wants me to do.
Embracing who He made me to be.
And ohmylanta I am so excited to share more about it with you guys.

Three weeks ‘til #laurathelaunch, baby!
