when it comes to all the goings-on of a catholic wedding,
If all the details you care about aren’t captured — the elevation of the Host after you’ve said your vows, receiving Holy Communion for the first time as newlyweds, giving roses to Mary — you will never get those moments back.
And the last thing you want to be worried about as you enter the Sacrament of Marriage is whether those things will be documented, or if the person doing it doesn't know that stepping in front of the altar to get "the shot" is a big no-no...
There are no do-overs for a wedding Mass.

I know because I’m married myself!
And I know you want to be present to the people surrounding you, so I’m looking for the things worth remembering on your behalf:
Your mama, trying to hold back tears as you get into your dress. The way your dad sneaks a glance at you while walking down the aisle. Laughing with your best friends on the day you once weren’t sure would ever come.
How your now-husband looks at you over the rim of his wine glass during toasts. Your family and friends-like-family hugging each other while you take your first dance as husband and wife.
I look for connection between people because living out our Catholic faith means being surrounded by community.
And your marriage is meant for the good of the community, too.

You might want a second photographer added if: photos of both the bride getting ready AND the groom getting ready are important to you, you want lots and lots of guest candids, especially if you’re planning for lots of people at your wedding, or photos of your families watching you say your vows are high on your list (I can’t bilocate just yet, so I can only focus on you if I’m by myself!)

For weddings you’ll get a highlight gallery within 1 week of your wedding. These are the photos that end up on my blog! After that you can expect your final gallery within 4 weeks of your wedding. For engagement photos you’ll get the entire gallery within 2 weeks of your session.
