They want their lives to be full, but simple. The kind of life that doesn’t happen online, that doesn’t require a phone unless it’s being used to get in touch with loved ones, that doesn’t strive for what the world deems as successful when they know they’ve got a good thing going.

They want the best of life – to live in the moment – and they want to share all of those little moments. Together.

And the big ones, of course. After all, they’re getting MARRIED in August!

After our adventure on Sunday, including flying a float plane from Fort Langley out to Harrison Lake (where they got engaged!), brunch at Wendel’s, and some good ol’ fashioned quality time, Jacky told me that it was amazing to get a chance to spend the morning with her fiancé amidst the craziness of life. These two know that actions, not words, show how committed you are – and they’re all in. They make the time for what’s important and let the rest fall away.

Amen to that, sistah.
