They’re complementary to one another, drawing out their best traits depending on what the occasion calls for. Their wedding was full of joy, reverence, and awe – belief that this day had finally arrived but still amazed at their new reality of husband and wife.
The day started a little rainy, making for the coziest cathedral mass experience. Everyone huddled together on pews, warming up as the wedding began. Instead of rain, tears soaked cheeks inside as happiness spilled over throughout the church. We heard about how their job is to get each other to heaven but let me tell you, they’re bringing everyone around them along for the ride, too.
The general air of frivolity definitely wasn’t dampened due to the weather and it only amplified as the day went on! The sun came out, we ran into some friends at the park for portraits, and had an amazing time capturing their relationship before heading to the reception. The entire room knew the weight and wonder this celebration demanded and y’all they were here! for! it! Nikki even coordinated her mother/daughter dance to morph into the best flash mob surprise for Michael and the crowd went WILD!!
Congratulations, Michael & Nikki! What a sweet beginning to your marriage!
